I'm not sure if you are a big coin collector but these 2010 Silver American Eagle are a great investment, especially if you have children or grandchildren. If you are not looking for any real investment just the beauty and weight is all you need to go to purchase these coins.These coins are being sold on a Pre-Order Basis. Expect to receive them by and be able to ship them by January 31st. or sooner if possible. If for some reason the US Mint delays delivery, it could delay delivery to you into February. Please keep that in mind when ordering. Released in 1986, the 2010 Silver American Eagle is Americas only official investment-grade silver bullion coin. It is also the worlds only silver bullion coin whose weight, content and purity are guaranteed by the U. S. Government. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinmans beautiful walking liberty design originally used on U.S. Silver Half Dollars from 1916 through 1947. The reverse design is John Mercantis rendition of an eagle and shield, symbolic of American strength and pride. Again the value of these types of coins usually sky rocket over a very short time sapn. So plan early if you want to purchase one. The beginning proce of an 2010 Silver American Eagle is usually well worth it.

Early today in Morehead City North Carolina, police had the city ports closed down. Police have also told residents to evacuate immeadiatley following the discovery of nine cartons of explosives. As of this writing, it is not known how big the containers are or how they were punctured. The explosives have been identified as pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN). This is the same chemical that the alleged underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had on him during flight 253, Christmas day 2009. However many in the city have refused to leave and have no plans of doing so.
